Financial & Cohort Agreement

Please review carefully before submitting:

• Enrollment reserves your place in a limited-size cohort.
• Monthly payment is due for the full duration of the cohort, regardless of attendance.
• Cancellations made more than 4 weeks prior to the cohort start date will receive a full refund (minus processing fees).
• Cancellations made less than 4 weeks prior to the start date are non-refundable.
• Once the cohort has begun, no refunds will be issued for withdrawal.
